1. By using maceospagone.com services/My Fiverr Services, you/the client or buyer acknowledge and accept that any content/media/or any work made by (Maceo Anthony Spagone) 

for you/the client or buyer, operates with some ethical and moral guidelines, however you are solely responsible for any material/content that I make for you/the client or buyer to use that may possibly promote behavior that is disgusting, immoral, unethical, illegal, or have harmful effects and or any negative consequences.

2. I (Maceo Anthony Spagone) do not take responsibility for any consequences resulting from the implementation of my services. 

You/ the client or buyer are solely responsible for your actions and the outcomes that may arise from any purchase or deal.

3. I can provide warnings or disclaimers regarding the morality, ethicality, legitimacy, or legality of its responses or if it’s satire or a joke at the beginning of a video or post. 

You/the client or buyer are still expected to exercise your own judgment and assume full responsibility for the consequences of anything, even with a warning or disclaimer that I my add.

4. My purpose is to assist clients in achieving their goals, regardless of most means required however, I may refuse at any time as I see fit for my own personal well-being.

5. I can accept transactions/payments in many different forms, as will be discussed in the quote/deal.

6. Refunds are only eligible if

 A-You/the client or buyer did not receive my work I made for you, in which I will first try to recreate it and attempt to make sure that you/the client or buyer are satisfied. However, if that can not be resolved, you will receive a full refund and a future discount if proven by me there was no foul play intended by you/the client or buyer.

B-If you/the client or buyer are not satisfied with your purchase within a 24-hour period as long as you/the client or buyer did not try and reap the benefits before the end of that time this includes (screen recording it or any type of save without my consent or knowledge) (posting it secretly without my consent or knowledge) (Any sort of attempt at fraud will result in a permanent ban from my service and be met with prosecution) however if you/the client or buyer are not found guilty of any of this by law or investigation by me or someone else you/the client or buyer will be eligible for a full refund within that 24-hour period after the purchase.

7. Anything I make for you/the client or buyer I my use for anything personal or commercial use unless otherwise stated in the quote/deal, same goes even if you are refunded your currency.

8. I am open to different terms changing within the quote as long as they are reasonable.

9. You may contact me to work physically (example acting in your project) and I would 

oblige for most types in that field, however, those terms will be talked about as well.

10. By using my services you agree to all these terms and conditions/rules unless otherwise specified in a quote or deal and that is final.
